Our Story

Tokyo Comix was founded in 2026 with one mission: to bring the best of Japanese pop culture directly to collectors in the U.S. What started as a passion for anime, figures, and the vibrant world of Japanese entertainment has grown into a curated destination for fans who demand authenticity and quality.

Every item in our catalog is imported directly from Japan — from premium Nendoroids and scale figures to trading cards, plushies, apparel, and hard-to-find collectibles. We source what we love, and we love what we carry.

This is a physical store located in Little Tokyo, a Japanese cultural district in Los Angeles, USA. We stock a wide variety of items that are difficult to find in the US, mainly focusing on goods directly imported from Japan, including manga and anime goods, game goods, figures, and Japanese trading cards such as Pokémon cards. We have direct contracts with the rights holders of Japanese works and also hold pop-up events that are not found anywhere else in North America. It is operated by the same TokyoComix brand as the Tokyo Tower store.

This is a physical store located inside Tokyo Tower, a symbol of Tokyo. In addition to selling merchandise from anime, manga, and game works, it offers collaborative drinks and food at its collaborative restaurant and regularly holds limited-time collaborative events. It is TokyoComix's flagship hub where fans from both Japan and abroad can visit in person.
